Schools and programs maintain control over all student education records stored on our platform.

For youth programs serving players under 13, we require parental or guardian consent before creating player accounts. Parents may review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time.

When a program cancels its subscription, we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting their program administrator or our support team.
